Processing and Delivery Times

We understand that you're eager to receive your Glo7 purchase. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 12-24 hours. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. Please note that customs or security checks could lead to delays, and we're committed to ensuring your package arrives as soon as possible.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon successfully placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. This is important as your shipment notification and tracking details will be sent to the same email address.

Shipping Fee

At Glo7, we're committed to ensuring that your orders reach you safely and promptly. With this in mind, we offer two shipping tiers:

  1. Standard Shipping and Handling: A flat rate of $4.99. This option will get your items to you quickly and economically.
  2. Insured Shipping and Handling: Priced at $9.99, this premium tier covers your shipment against loss, damage, or theft. Should any of these unfortunate events occur, we will promptly send out a FREE replacement of your order. This comprehensive protection isn't available under the Standard Shipping and Handling option.

    Special Promotion: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping and Handling on all orders over US$50. This is our way of thanking you for your continuous support and trust in Glo7.

    Delivery of Multiple Items

    To expedite the process, items from a single order may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking number. If you receive part of your order, rest assured the remaining items are on the way.

    Tracking Your Order

    You'll receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipment is dispatched.

    Package Delivery Issues

    If the tracking status shows 'Delivered' but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and building management. To resolve the issue further, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Unfortunately, Glo7 cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, but we're here to assist you in resolving these issues.

    Our Fulfillment Strategy

    At Glo7, we've embraced a remote-first approach, with our teams distributed across the US, Europe, and Asia. This decentralized strategy has allowed us to tap into the best global talent while staying agile and responsive to our customers' needs.

    A significant portion of our orders are fulfilled directly from our dedicated centers in China. This decision was made with two primary goals in mind:

    1. Cost-Effectiveness: By centralizing much of our fulfillment operations in China, we're able to substantially reduce international shipping costs. These savings, in turn, allow us to offer our products at competitive prices without compromising on quality.
    2. Efficiency and Speed: Our strategic location in China positions us at a global crossroads, enabling quicker and more efficient international deliveries. By bypassing several traditional shipping hurdles, we ensure that our products reach our customers in the shortest time possible.

    That said, we understand the diverse needs of our clientele. As such, we've also established fulfillment centers in the USA and Europe. Some of our products, especially those with a high demand in these regions, are shipped directly from these locations. This ensures we provide timely deliveries while maintaining our commitment to quality.
